Tanzania Tour

A group of cycling friends and I decided to embark on an exhilarating two-day adventure, pedaling from Nairobi to Longido, Tanzania, a daunting 181 kilometers. The next day, we continued from Longido to Moshi, adding another 160 kilometers to our journey. Along the way, I managed to hit my highest mileage in a single day, covering the challenging 181 kilometers. The route was particularly grueling due to the strong winds that whipped through the open lands stretching from Bissil to Tanzania. Despite the hardships, the experience was incredibly rewarding, pushing me beyond my comfort zone and past my perceived limits.

Mombasa Coastal Region

Our next adventure took us on a two-day tour from Voi to Mombasa on the first day, covering 172 kilometers, and then from Mombasa to Malindi on the second day, spanning 106 kilometers. This route posed its own challenges with the coastal winds and the heavy, humid air that made each breath feel labored. To add to the challenge, we rode through relentless rain for the first 70 kilometers from Voi to Mombasa. Despite these obstacles, the tour was thoroughly enjoyable, and I'm already planning to do it again in October 2024
